WARING. This will not happen in PPGX. I make this, as they say, "JUST FOR LULZ".When PowerPuff Girls X fight with very strong monster or villain, they decide to fuse their bodies and minds to form Balance.
Balance is very smart, strong and courageous. She can do math and build a plan of battle (Blossom's part) Always in good mood and very strong when she want to (Bubbles') and very courageus and always ready to fight (also can cook) (Buttercup's part)
They feel so harmonic when they in this form, so they decide not to seperate.
Now there's only one personality, that is all three merged personalities. And it just don't want to die when it separate into others. So they keep living as one.
"When three different minds merge it's very fascinating. If i seperate, i'll do this only to fuse again and feel this incredible feeling."
......
This is not gonna happen in original story of PPGX, it's like a parallel universe. (A parallel universe of PPGX that is parallel universe of PPG... hm...)
