Personality: A very energetic, enthusiastic, and perhaps slightly naive little mon. He is very friendly, and tries to be helpful whenever he can, but he can be a little overzealous sometimes. You have to watch out for his tail, as when he is excited it sparks strongly, and he gets excited veeeeery easily.

He is the adopted son of Fire Bud, and adopted(?) niece of Vivi. Also considers Joy his adopted big sister. His egg was obtained the same day as Joy's, but he hatched just a little later. Since he had already adopted Joy, Fire Bud figured he would probably end up adopting this child as well, but when he hatched to be a Charmander, Fire Bud kind of took that as another sign this was meant to be, being half Char himself. Like his sister, Neo is also not one for fashion, but he is a bit more comfortable in the limelight than she is, and so his father is able to help teach him to be fabulous... though that doesn't really work so well until he is older. For now, Neo is too innocent and excitable.
Vivi he sees as an aunt, as does Joy (his adopted Squirtle sister), since Vivi was the one who kept the parentless eggs warm until they hatched.

Main role: One of the Holiday Event Coordinators. Works with Holly Jolly and the others to help organize and run events on the ranch. He is all about the more exciting, energetic, and physical events (except for dancing, that is specifically Jolly's thing), and he is always looking for an excuse to use fireworks and bonfires. As the most outgoing of all of them, he also is usually the one who helps get the others on the ranch excited about upcoming events and holidays.

Name Meaning: Neo - Derived from the latin prefix, meaning "new".
