Para que puedas cambiarlo necesitas tener todos los permisos disponibles para poder modificar, renombrar, mover el explorer.exe (esta en c:/windows), luego de eso creas una carpeta en tus documentos (o donde sea) y mueves ahi el explorer original por si hay alguna falla o error, y para el final mueves el explorer.exe del DOmo a la carpeta c:/windows y reinicias tu pc.... haci lo hice yo!!

I finaly managed to get the total control on my explorer.exe file and I must say you Domo button is really fun ;D
For the ones in the same case, have a look on this really good tuto to get the ownership:

Or download these .reg files. A simple double-clic to install and "take ownership" appear on the right-clic menu of files and directory to instantly get every permission on it ! double-clic on the other to unistall.
