Note: Finally, my first week of classes finished. Yesterday was the only day where we had our timetables completely full. This is the first assignment we have to complete by next Thursday but I have in mind to get it done during the weekend. To be honest I was a bit frustrated that I had to redo the grid three times because the teacher said to make the grid until the horizon line but couldn't due to how freakishly small the gap between the lines were. Then after trying so many times while others starting their building foundations, I told the teacher and he said that I could regroup the grid unit to a larger scale. I had all the afternoon to make progress but didn't do much. Perhaps the subtle doubt I had when struggling in class still lingers, but come on, there's already too many lines and should not go too hard on myself. I'm here to get better after all.
Anyways, after class there was a "integration night" for the new students and I just went to the before party. It was just a bunch a little friend circles where we didn't have much to say or just small talk. Then a while later I stayed with three students mostly from my class and we had a nice open discussion about art. One of the girls seemed really chill and now we're in the same group for an art history presentation so that's a win.
