It would be funny if Chrom could marry Nowi or Tiki.  Nowi would make gossip and Tiki would shock the world, for the man with Naga's blessing wedded Naga's daughter.

Too bad both of them can't keep a husband. They will live long past several human lifetimes. I mean, Tiki actually SLEEPS through a human lifetime and considers it a NAP! XD

     Nowi probably realizes this and that's why she wants to attract a husband as soon as possible. She wants to have more memories of more past loves. She wants to have a child that could possibly even outlive her. She doesn't want to be alone.... And though everyone says it's loli fanservice and its disgraceful, considering the implications of it all, who can really blame her? If she can make her childlike body attract a potential husband who could learn to love her for what and who she is, why wouldn't she try to flaunt it in order to find happiness sooner rather than later? I get where people are coming from. But I also think the character makes perfect sense to be dressed like that.
     She acts like a child because she still is a child technically. So wouldn't the desire to have loved ones be even stronger for a child? She's an orphan too you know. Her race is very rare and the only reason they found a second one is because that second one is like a sacred priestess. It's her job to act as Naga's ambassador.  She's too important to let herself be killed or captured. But Nowi has been an unhappy orphan for a very long time in our minds. A human child would be extremely sad and scared knowing they have to fend for themselves and others want to either kill them, enslave them, or do other horrible things to them just because they were born the way they are. Now take that child and keep it the same mental and physical age for hundreds of years. How would that feel? Wouldn't they be desperate for anyone who could make them feel sincerely loved in a world that is against them? She can defend herself, sure, but who's going to protect her feelings? Who's going to end the centuries of loneliness?
     She's seen what men of the era consider for romantic partners and she'd gladly bear her skin to get a better chance of finding a husband. She isn't some loli exhibitionist, she's a child that feels like she has to be appealing to adult men in order to be happy. She can't have lived so long and not picked up a lot of wisdom along the way. But her childlike mind can only allow her to understand wisdom so much. There are better ways. But she doesn't think there is anything wrong with what she is doing. She's too innocent. Besides, she DOES have a child, so that means that for Manakete, she is at the very least old enough to be fertile and to have a child. In a fantasy world where it is pretty much the Middle Ages, fertility age might be enough for them and her looks being so childish wouldn't make it taboo. She's not even human. Do you shame a deer for reproducing with a younger deer that can still have offspring? Everyone looks at the issue from the modern-era perspective. But thinking about it in-universe, it shouldn't be as big a problem as people make it. Don't like it, don't focus on it!

I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here. I prefer to pay more attention to the character than her skimpy clothing. Believe what you want, I still think she's a good character when you actually think about it. Credit where credit is due.

Nowi is about 1200 years old and Tiki was about that height when she was 1000 years old.  You aren't wrong with what you are saying, Manaketes do live for a long time in FE Lore; oldest being about 6000.  Nowi is a good character, still unsure how she is a divine dragon when Tiki is the DAUGHTER of Naga.  Never was explained what happened to all divine dragons.

I thought only Naga and her daughter were Divine Dragons. Manakete is a race of dragon-people that can transform into a special full-dragon form. But the dragons they turn into are much smaller than Naga. I think DIVINE Dragons were a different race. So Tiki is part Divine Dragon and part Manakete while Nowi is pure Manakete and Nah is half-Manakete and half-human, thus her aging seems to be more like that of a human. That's why at about 15, she looks older than her mom. That's my thoughts on the matter anyway. If there is any lore that contradicts it, please tell me about it. I have very little knowledge of any of the games before Awakening and also didn't play Echoes. I did play about halfway through Sacred Stones several years ago though. And wasn't there another manakete with purple hair and visible wings at some point? Wan't it Lori or something? Something starting with L I think.

Divine Dragons are the species — they're a subset of manaketes. Tiki, Nowi, and Mila are the ones I can think of, and then Ninian and Nils are ice dragons. Myrrh and Lute (the one you're thinking of from Sacred Stones) are just normal manaketes.

Yeah, Lute. Though I think I was actually picturing Myrrh in my head at the time.
