Years went by the man called Duke Nukem rule with a radiation fist, destroying all those who would oppose him, Joe Doe now going by the nickname Leadsuit as he wears a military style lead suit, full of fear of what Duke Nukem can do, Leadsuit acts like a weak and bumbling sidekick who do everything Duke Nukem tells him to do, including turning the nation into a military dictatorship and declaring martial law.

After the boy Kwame and Duke Nukem fight in the desert part of the nation, Leadsuit had returned his body was 95% burn by radiation heat, his lead suit melted against his flesh, his hair burn down to the cell molecules. Leadsuit had to be put inside a Lead and Iron powersuit that is power by uranium to help the pain that every inch of his body was experience, the armor was secret design and even built so one day he could take back what was his from Duke Nukem, he knew that Nukem would be back one day but until that day Leadsuit would rule his nation with a iron fist as it new Tyrant as he despised everything beautiful.
