Description
This happens right after Goku unleashes his anger against Black and Zamasu & and before "Reign of Evora Black" occurs. After Black uses his Divine Lasso against Goku and knocks him unconscious, Evora notices this and is livid. This leads to her transforming into a stronger form of Super Saiyan Blue, which surprises Vegeta. Donning this new form and her rage, she doesn't hesitate to strike Black as payback for harming Goku.
