Now you know who to look for on Friday at Fan Expo!So this is the 98% completed Seifer cosplay from Kingdom Hearts II. 1% is the stripes on the tanktop I Photoshop'd for now. Pretty good eh? And the other 1% is the hair on meh belly that needs to be gone.
