Otra criatura que técnicamente no pertenece al folklore o mitos "tradicionales", el Peritio, imaginado por Borges, se ganó un lugar en el imaginario colectivo... al punto que incluso llegó a aparecer en compendios de monstruos en Dungeons and Dragons (entre muchas otras referencias en la cultura popular)!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another creature which technically isn't from 'traditional' folklore or mythos, a Peryton, imagined by argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges, still earned a place in the collective imaginary... to the point it even appears in some D&D Monster manuals (amongst other pop culture references)!
