First time doing an equine manipulation! The working process is definitely different from the way I do canine manips, but I liked figuring things out as the piece progressed.

I spend the most time on the manes and tail. like. so. much. time. They give off a slight I-had-no-idea-what-I-was-doing-but-it-turned-out-okay vibe, but I'm quite happy with the end result!
I must have read a dozen tutorials on equine hair to get it done, though. The ones from Rhiaan and HevonenStudios were especially helpful!

Since practice makes perfect, I'll be making more of these in the future!
