Self explanatory, Rule doesn't apply to admins because...well, they actually have their symbols for something.
Let's face it, having an '*' or an '=' doesn't make you different from an '~'...same with `seniors.

If you had read the FAQ #29: How do I become a Senior Member? you will know that it's simply a recognition given to a deviant due to their work in the community. Premium users and Beta testers are same as normal users, yes, they have a bit more privileges than the average user, but not necessary ones. They can use image linking and thumb code, while regular users can't...but they can use a [link] or plz accounts in case of stamps. Normal users have to browse with ads on(lolwut? ), they can't use the poll widget for asking questions because they don't have the journal one either, neither can't use journal skins Oh!! Eyecandy! or custom boxes because they can't put a bit more of description in another box...in fact, regular users can't receive proper critique because they can't have that function enabled even though a highly though comment would have the same effect and besides that they receive WAY LESS PAGEVIEWS !! (If you don't know what that is it's a little number upper on the right of your page that indicates how many persons have visited your page...I actually don't know what it is for but having more looks like fun and you can get a little badge if you choose an option that toggles them off...I honestly like that badge

...I though deviantART was a community about art, not exactly about all of those things, it doesn't matter how "popular" you are on a website or your statistics, the talent doesn't measure by numbers...everyone can draw~

What does that means anyways? it means that everyone with no exceptions can be a very talented artist if they dispose to, as =DoItForTheLulz said, "My art is crap...but I will get better!" . No one starts as a big artist the first time, if you progress quickly I am glad for you, deviantART also has the tutorials categories where other artists share their methods alike to help others.

Anyone can enjoy deviantART, it's just the way you look at it how you express. For instance I had some trouble back then because they were updating some Muro feature so we could draw on user pages...actually I would like if they worked on the 7 day delay security option first .

Yeah, screw me, why am I complaining about this but I am still here? it's because...I love deviantART.
