No hurry, But of course, you know... I'll have to basically illustrate pretty much every chapter.

I'm hoping for an update this Friday, but I'm running a little behind thus far. I've got most of it written and the rest of it drafted, but we'll see.

I'm also fleshing out future chapters, figuring out what gets revealed when, which is necessary for proper foreshadowing. >

This is true... and all characteristics of a good writer! I always just... write and used the stuff I pull out of nowhere with no good reason as my foreshadowing. Not a very good tactic if you ask me...

Basically, I'm excited to read the update (whenever you post it) and equally excited to draw again for you. I've got all these half formed ideas floating around in my head... but I have to read first before I can draw anything... obviously.

I am a much, much better fiction writer now that I'm also a technical writer. Outlines and bubble-diagramming really help, and those never made much sense until I started having to write final reports and such.

Update is on schedule for tomorrow, just for you (and a few other faithful readers).

I really need to read up on how to plan out my writing better. I've got this really good idea for a story, but I have no idea how to get it done. It doesn't really help that I don't know how it's going to end. My boss has challenged me to give her a draft by the end of summer. Hopefully I can make that deadline. I've got a few months to figure out how it all goes down....

What the heck do you do for a living?! Final reports? It sounds like you're a cop or a teacher. (Isn't it funny how those are my two guesses?)

An update? Tomorrow? YES! Pre-update happy dance!

This means I get to draw another picture......
