I have just played (once again) Neverwinter Nights. My Level 3 Charakter (a sorcerer) was running through the woods with his low-bugded-weapons. Then he met a tusker boar.... one hit and the boar was slaughted down! Simply swordfood for Low-Level-Heroes.Dear Wizards of the Coasts, here are some facts of a real boar:
- up to 200 kg weight (2,5 fully grown men)
- comes up to a lengh of 2 Meters (dont know, how much feed this is)
- running 60kmh/45mph on plane terrain!!!
- very good swimmer
- perfect sence of smell
- even good hearing
- The tusk grown up to 60cm and they will rip your leg up to the hip
THIS IS A F***ING MONSTER... NOT SWORDFOOD
and now gaming on...

loved nwn ... but never stopped to think of the level of realism was to much engrossed in the story.

Hehe... maybe you should do a more realistic version of the scene, with the Boar actually chasing the fleeing Sorcerer
But it's a cool picture, definitley rocks! I could imagine this as an album cover for a metal band.
