A request forThis is Calecune the pegasus, his Cm is of the pokemon Suicune. He also wears a black cowboy hat accompanied by a watch and two silver bands on his legs.

I find it funny, I got a request from the same guy to do the same OC in a standing pose, and we did everything more or less identically except the exact shape of the hat and cutie mark
(it's really not a hard OC to make, just a Rainbow Dash recolor)

In my mind there are two kinds of recolors: the bad recolors like "Chromatic Sprint", and the technical recolors who have good, independent characterization but still have canon characters as base sprites. The difference is that once I'm done making the sprites of a technical recolor, I actually stop thinking of them as a "recolor". And Calecune definitely fits into that category
