Description This is for my good friend

This is the pegasus Noell and her cutie mark (which is hidden by the skirt) is of a broken heart.

Though she is a pegasus she is born with defective wings that are to thin and frail to use, hence no flying version.

How can you change size, without the pic's getting blurred

Heh, well I use photoshop image resizing and I guess since the whole pic is already so small (I use 1 pixel big blocks to make these) it's essentially already as "blurry" as it can get regardless of size.

Aye, she's actually so far my proudest work, I think everything turned out great. She was the first I did that had that kind of clothing with the moving dress and bow.
