Description

I was (and still am) a day dreamer. A back bencher, I was more interested in the illustrations in our chapters and used to get lost in the stories. Quite talkative, I used to talk about anything and everything under the sun with friends. We used to put our heads down on our desk to talk during the class. I somehow remembered the smell of the wood of my class desk as I am writing this.
This photo reminds me of a song 'Aasma ke paar shayad aur koi aasma hoga', from the movie Rockford, a movie about children bonding at boarding school and the song is about how imaginative a child's world is. This is the link to the song : youtu.be/MJm6hta8Ac8

This image is an out take from a series on Mr. Sandip Jadhav , he has been teaching in a tribal school located on a remote mountain top in Maharashtra for the last 15yrs for Kshetra, pune 5. A big thank you to Satyajit Thorat for helping us out for the shoot.
