The colors really go good togheter and the red background really makes the charachter pop. The Yellow shirt really pops against the red background. The pink dots make it intresting, because something is happening - not just a change of expression. If I wanted to change anything I would say that the teeth look a little off when she has a mouth open. But It reall fits with the cartoony style. Its simple yet beautiful! It got my attention right away! I like how the hair and and everything slightly moves when she changes expression/background. You did a really good job! Keep up the good work!
