An RP between and I inspired me to draw this page
I've been wanting to draw her OC Tyler (the black-furred dog) with my BustTone daughter, Juliette, for a while, so yesterday my muse went kinda crazy XDIn the "Romeo and Juliette" story-line of the Angst!reboot, Tyler plays the role of both Tybalt and Paris: a pup who's been friends with Juliette since they were both very young, and the one her father wants for her mate; he loves her, he's not a house dog--no problem, right?
Except, of course, Juliette loves Romeo....
Top left: Tyler and Juliette, hanging out one evening--howling at the moon while they stand over the town, just having a great time, as friends do
Top right: I think this is before Nan knows of Juliette's love for Romeo--she doesn't want to "marry" Tyler, but Nan just chuckles and tells her she's lucky she knows her future mate, unlike some of her siblings.
Mid-right: Tyler realizes his love for Juliette isn't two-way....
Bottom left: Head-shot of Tyler. He's fun to draw ^^ And work with. He's like Scamp....but so so SO very less annoying and scruffy.
Bottom right: Chibi/baby Tyler and Juliette--hence why Juliette doesn't have any spots. I dunno. Thought it was cute xD

How have I not seen this before? I love this so much! I think my favourite is a tie between Juliette and Tyler howling at the moon and Tyler realizing that Juliette loves someone else 
By the way, in our RP...should I have Tyler tell Juliette his feelings or chicken out again?

Tyler looks really good in your style. It's nice to finally see what he looks like traditionally, outside of one of Scamp's settings.
I like that they're friends there in the first one. I hadn't been expecting that. I dunno what I expected except I wasn't sure if Juliette was eve going to like him to begin with based on how she seemed toward both Tybalt and Paris. This is really adorable though, his howling face is adorable, as is her giggling at it. It's nice to see a cheery Juliette for once.

Big Tyler Head-- Again, love how you draw him. Handsome little laddy. Much more good looking than Scamp yet he still looks like how Nama does him. Love how he's colored, I'm terrible with markers, especially light ones but his eyes came out wonderfully.
LOVE Romeo here and LOVE the blush. Gahh, again, I say I want your markers. I will find that type of them someday damnit... do want.
Romeo's nose I love here. Weird to say, mostly how it's colored though. Or maybe I'm just so sick of black and white that a splash of reddish is more than welcome.
I love how Tyler looks less crushed by what he's witnessing and more insulted. Very cute though.
And love how Romeo's tag is colored for some reason.

I wasn't sure how to take them at first either, but I really liked the idea of them being more friends and less "Ebil annoying cousin" or "ugly suitor does not want!" XDD Juliette, for all her quibbles living in the junk yard, should have at least SOME friends. She IS a lot like her mother but not QUITE as bitchy--she DOES have a nicer side...and was raised by Nan, so....yeah XD;; glad she has a friend at least X3

I wasn't TOO pleased with how Juliette looked in this part but she and Romeo are my fave 102D pairing so I'm glad you do like it <3 HEhe I like how Romeo looks here too x3 Not sure if I colored his ears right but eeeeh XDDD I also like how his collar came out, oddly enough. Thanks. And well, Tyler doesn't like house pets and he doesn't like Lucky or Rebecca so I think he WOULD be insulted XD
