Warm up sketches I did a while of some next gen characters older and humanized. Β Didn't like it at first but I kinda like it now XPTop to bottom row, left to right:
Prism, Candy, Claire, Anthea, Nidra, Turquoise, Whirlwind, Del, Starburst
Prism's all scruffy, Candy's hair got really long and looks she so much more mature, Claire's hair also got longer, Annie's hair got shorter (and she looks like Misty), Nidra kinda looks the same, T's got an underbite, Whirlwind let her hair grow out a liiiiiittle more, Del turned into a supermodel and got a classy haircut, Starburst bangs are not swept to the side, she has a cool scar and she smiles!!!

Something about Candy gives me a Sailor Moon vibe. Like, Naoko Takeuchi's actual manga style; not the anime look. Love the sexy Nidra, and the Sparikids are lookin' sharp as ever.
