Straight into the 'Best of the Best' folder. It's not only well drawn and designed, but the emotion in the piece as we see a young and frail young colt holding so much on his shoulders, traverse the challenges of life only to find happiness at the top.
That and that leap off the cloud was one of the funniest things I've ever read in a fic.

That was what I was going for!Β There was so much in that scene that I had to get just right.Β I think Whirlwind's flat 'What' right before that was probably the other big one.Β A nice build up, to a total let down, and then do a hilarious conclusion that is totally in character.

Never the less, this is an amazing pic that chronicles the life of one stallion. Conquering his fear of heights, trying to bemore than "Rainbow Dash's son", learning not to be a showoff, and finally finding his purpose in life.
Big props to LuminoZero, he really brought Prisim to life.

I'm really glad that you think so!Β Any creator loves to hear that their work is appreciated.
While I wrote the stories to be enjoyed by anyone, I knew that only real fans of Kilala's artwork would get all the little nods and references I slipped into them.Β The first example that comes to mind is Annie beating Pixel at video games.Β For everyone else, it was just an out of place gag, but Kilala's followers have the context for it.
So when a fan of her art appreciates the stories, I know that they got all (or at least most) of the hidden references, and they were worth putting in.
