I don't like them wearing shoes, after all their feet doesn't need them, I figure it would be annoying having claws, with shoes wouldn't be as useful having claws for climb or anything... they would need a special kind of shoes maybe

Well, that is a good reason. Still, they probably get sore feet a lot. Maybe they like foot rubs. lol

I think that's what paw's pad are for

But paw pads are still attached to the foot. They still have nerve, blood vessels, and they can still feel things. Shoes aren't actually connected to the nerves, so damage to them doesn't cause pain.

I guess they would use shoes if they feel they need it, most animals doesn't anyway.

well, on Project Prime "Another Life" you never see actual Laura, just dreams about her

theoretically, Project Prime Custus happens on the same reality but more in the future. so Rob/Kitty will never show up at Derideal itself, as they still don't exist and their own existence depends on how the events develop on Derideal; as Project Prime will never affect Derideal directly, as it depends on the original story

Yeah I understood that Custus played later on, it was already in the description of the first page I think.
So ultimately the coming comic will slowly build up to swallow Custus and continue from there?

not really, Custus is an isolated story; I have many other isolated stories setting around the Project Prime universe, which is mostly a way to show other types of Xenos, their relations and what they do, sadly I don't have so much time to draw all the stories I already have writtenΒ

I've been much more about one-shot style of comics that somehow complement the "background" derideal story; not really much about making a long-run series like Derideal, that was until last year that I got the idea for a new Project Prime installation that's pretty good for a long-run series of comics, almost as long and complex like Derideal itself, I'm currently working on that comic in the time I have leftΒ
