I think the colors are marvelous. Very rich and warm. The highlights on her mouth and her eyes really add to the glittery summer feel. Her makeup is just delightful and so are her jewelry and bag.
As for critiques, her nose seems a tad michael-jackson-ish (the center part is too sunken in and linear) and is leaning towards her right eye. Her head does not seem to be aligned with her body either, maybe if your shift her left side forward a bit? Also, the top of her hand is a tad to coned, maybe if you extended the line of her fingers a bit more?
