And you're positive you downloaded it?
You could try to find it in all of your programs and delete it completely, then redownload it and pay attention to where you download it to? ..

sometimes they have boxes you need to uncheck.. and you should be able to uninstall it..

do you see the prntscr button it should be in the top left of your keyboard
click that and then go into paint and click ctrl+v
then save and post it in scraps or something and link me
