Yani is a ninja from the leaf village. Her parents met at a bathhouse. Her mother was a strong ninja while her father was a sales man who sold valuable charms and other trinkets. They were in so in love they decided to get married and have a child right away. A year after Yani was born they started to realize they rushed everything and began to hate each other. Her mother decided to take her in the separation just to hurt her father. Her mother decided to let him have her every summer for 3 months. After her 10th birthday her father was arrested for killing to men because they insulted his pathetic life. She saw him once more before he went to jail and he gave her a charmed necklace telling her it was once a princess' and it should belong to one. Yani never knew but her father had cheated on her mom. Her mom saw how much she resembled her father and began to despise everything about her. When Yani turned 4 her mother met a man who worked in the weapons department for the village. She decided not to rush into things this time. When Yani was 6 her mother introduced her to her baby sister Suki. She hated Suki when she first met her because her mother would always say she was a star child (basically meaning she was great) and that she got it right that time. Yani would try to frame her for drawing on the walls (which after her parents saw thought Suki was a true artist) or breaking things in their bedroom. On her 8th birthday Yani came home from the academy hoping to see presents and a cake but was greeted instead by her little sister who (now 2 years old) had a blank piece of paper in her hands and a balloon. When Yani took the paper Suki said her name and started to laugh. Her parents were ecstatic considering before that point they thought she was mute. Everybody had forgotten Yani's birthday so she threw the blank piece of paper and crumpled it up only to later flip it over and see that her sister painted a picture of a balloon with Yani's name in the middle. After that day she choose to protect her sister no matter what. Yani graduated the academy 3 years early and hoped to see Suki succeed as she did. Through out her childhood she would piss off her dad. He was hotheaded which amused her until he started to kick her out of the house. She decided to use that down time to perfect the jutsu she had been working on (i don't have a name for it yet). When she turned 13 the 3rd Hokage and the council leaders (I think that's what they're called) placed her on an S-ranked mission. She was to eliminate a small village in the Earth country to get the akatsuki's attention. She killed everyone in the village with her new jutsu. The jutsu gathered up chakra from her surroundings to create a massive blast of water and fire creating lava where ever it hits. Then, using the same chakra from the nature around her, she embodied the lava and manipulated it into the shape of a spider like creature destroying everything in it's path. After this she joined the Akatsuki and abandoned the leaf village so she could monitor them and try to sabotage their ultimate goals. She wears a mask, that her father tried to sell but it was so ugly that he couldn't, to hide her face so her sister would never see her again. What her father didn't know about the mask is it possessed great power. When activated, it disguised her voice into a males voice and drove people insane. It had it's own personality and was often rude and sadistic. Yani has a power that no one knows about except Pain and he uses that power to help him bring back his old subordinates.
