FINALLY i get to explain her freaking powers. Though the explanation is only half the length of what i originally intended, but that would have been a bit too much. She would have explained her reasoning by giving examples of how the previous enemy got hurt by the attack and so on. Also she was suppose to explain how exactly this will affect the current situation. I shortened all that by making usagi say "i understand" XP
Lunas remark here is actually very important. Because this whole deal with positive and negative energy will be brought back in the third season with Dr.tomoe and in the fifth one with Galaxia. But for now let's just say the dark kingdom is evil and usagi is love^^"
in the last panel the first pose is actually very similar to the last pose of the original moon healing escalation. The very last pose is a homeage to another anime. Anyone knows? XP
By the way, next week will be another 2 updates, and those will conclude chapter7.

You see, Usagi now realized that her powers are based on "love", and it is because of that that Luna gave her the scepter to begin with, despite Lunas own opinion that the demons just should be exterminated.
In other words she thanked luna because luna starts to believe in Usagis conviction.

Huh. For some reason I thought her final pose there was similar to Vash the Stampede in Trigun trying to restrain his Angel Arm. But Bleach rocks. Oh, and just a small spelling note, the plural of "body" is "bodies."
I'm really glad you plan to do the whole series because your new take on the story is very refreshing, and your artwork is awesome, especially the colored pages.

Great explanation and great pages ! I always say the same thing but I really mean it. The panels that stood out the most to me are the 2 of Sailor-moon on the second page.

Yes, her power is "light" like you already assumed
not only can she do her laser, like she did in the first season of the original SM, but in the future she will learn other light based attacks too(in the original she only had one real light based attack, the laser, after that it was just random yellow objects o.-) like "solar flare"(from dragonball) where she can create a light flash to blind her oppenents.
