Personality:
Confident - Resourceful - Adaptable
Rumo is sure confident in himself. After learning to take on a fox and surviving on his own, his attitude about his ability is unwavering. Speaking of surviving on his own, he is great at being resourceful. He learned little tips and tricks to help make living each day possible. He can be often helpful with this trait. But as good as he is at finding things, he is also very adaptable too. Having to migrate with his family so much during his first year of life made it that he could withstand any changes that come his way. He will quickly find his way through a path of thorns per say.
Boyish - Competitive - Proud
He is definitely boyish. He is quick to make assumptions and always tries to outshow himself. He likes to be the center of attention. He is very competitive too. He loves to win and loves to take part in proving himself better than the rest. He can often make things that are not needed into a race for the best. He's super proud of himself too. Almost too proud. He is such a show off at times that is can be ridiculous.
Boisterous - Compulsive - Fiery
His family often seen him as boisterous. He would make a spectacle of himself more than what was needed. He likes to be heard and seen. This makes him compulsive at times as he will make crass decisions just to make a name for himself. He doesn't seem to think his actions through. Others say he is fiery at time. Often either having too strong of emotions or just straight up storming off.
Overall, he's just a boy that is still discovering himself. He isn't sure who he is yet, but he is eager to find his place. He wouldn't second guess lending a hoof to those in trouble. He likes to be heard and seen, but often goes about doing that the wrong way.
History:
Rumo was born to a group of nomads. They travers the lands without calling anywhere home. They weren’t special in any way, they just believed the best chance of survival was to constantly be on the move. They didn’t fight, they never would spar. They didn’t like to make a spectacle of themselves. They just simply wish to exist and continue on their lineage. But Rumo was nothing like his family. He was loud, rambunctious, and obnoxious. He would make this biggest show of complaints everytime his family began to migrate. He hated having to constantly be on the move. He felt his family should stake out a piece of territory for themselves, make a name for themselves. Be proud, be boisterous.
As a young fawn, he could always be found trying to spar with his cousins. He would ram himself into the adults legs. He always manages to cause trouble for himself. He would get caught in snares, pester other creatures, anything to cause mayhem. His family despised his nature. He brought too much attention to the group. But they never had the heart to kick him out, yet. But a year later into his development, during his yearling stage, Rumo would do something to change his family's opinion on keeping him around.
The herd was spending time inside the Agartha and Elysium border. Not that they were given permission too, but they wouldn’t be there for long. Not after what Rumo did.
Rumo was spending more time away from his herd as of recently, going off on his own. Exploring. Looking for something entertaining. As he made his way through the field he couldn’t help but catch the glimpse of a young fawn crawling in fields. Obviously being sneaky. But he also caught the glimpse of a fox stalking the fawn.
Foxes were known to prey on young fawns if the opportunity presented itself. But Rumo wasn’t going to let that happen. He dashed towards the young fawn who was about to be bitten by the little beast, and stomped down on the creature's head. Not enough to cause serious damage though. The fox quickly scurried back up onto its feet and tried to defend itself. Snapping at Rumos legs, circling him for a chance to bite. Rumo was in for his first fight. Adrenaline was pumping through his veins. He never had such a rush. He kicked and stomped at the fox. But as soon as the fight started, it ended. The fox knew it was no match for a yearling, not this boisterous type. It quickly scurried off into the thickets of the grass. Disappointing.
Rumo felt proud of himself. He took on a beast for the first time. But as he turned to look back at the fawn he just saved, they were gone. And without a thank you too! How rude he thought. But the pride he felt was too much to damper his mood from an ungrateful brat. He wanted to tell his family about it, his miraculous bravery. He charged back to his herd, but he wasn’t met with appraisal. He was ridiculed for his act of stupidity. This only led to an argument with his family. They have had enough of his antics, and he had enough of their boring ways. In a huff, he stormed off. Needing time to cool his emotions, but when he came back to rejoin them again, they were gone. Good riddance he thought. Though deep down, he was sad. This was his family after all.
Rumo spent the next year alone. Survival was tough, but manageable. He lingered near the area just long enough to be caught by a member of Elysium. The herd in which he decided to join.
