Cool pic! I was wondering about the title, though. Is it a play of words or something? I mean, your comissioner is called Locita, this is the pic of a lolita, and in Spanish, loquita means "crazy", but with a nuance of affectivity.

Loquita means "Crazy Little Girl" and is in fact that name of the character. My name is my nickname because when I first came up with this character I misspelled her name until someone pointed it out. But I liked the C spelling so kept it as a nickname and gave my character the correct spelling.
The lolita thing is just a coinquidink. ^^

Lovely character here! I like the purple glow you added around her face, and the worn-out stuffed animal is an interesting touch also. And let's not forget those spellbinding eyes!
