I want a character to antagonized Jen 10 who not villainous but playful

Celes is a rogue Celestialsapien who grew tired of her home and the rules from within , so she ran away to earth away from the other celestialsapiens and with a short encounter with Jen 10, celes have found her ‘buddie’ to fool/torment around and only things is Jen can’t do anything about since celes is all powerful being with reality warping power.

she less a villain and more like a cosmic pranksters.

Note: I didn’t know while I colored her that she look like human princess Luna from mlp.
