Description
I wrote a one-shot way back at the age of 18 where Davy got appendicitis. AJ woke up in the middle of the night to his cousin crying in pain on the top bunk, and he rushed down the hallway to wake up his Uncle Alvin. While Alvin gave his brothers orders on what to do and who to call, Dippy grabbed his plushed dinosaur Dippy, his favorite toy, and gave it to David saying that Dippy gave good hugs.

I had forgotten that AJ slept with a lot of plushed toys, and considering he took on Theo's personality of the 2nd generation trio, he had one close with him at night. Dippy the Dinosaur was the first toy AJ ever owned, and it was a gift his Papa gave to him when he was a baby. He dragged it almost everywhere with him. Simon used to act stories out using the dinosaur as a protagonist.

It irritated Jeanette though, that wherever her toddler went, the dinosaur followed... usually by being dragged across the dirty floor or the mud outside. While Simon had learned to live with it, Jeanette hated having to constantly wash the thing. XD
