Description I just had to do this the moment I read that part.

Yet another picture illustrating a scene in AJ's ( ) latest story, "Goodbye my Dear Friend". As soon as I get a feeling that I must draw something down, I have to do it. I need to be in the mood or else the picture just won't reflect as much emotions as I would have liked it too. I even listenned to a song that made me think of this moment in the story, and although the lyrics described a different scene than that in the story, it reflected things just perfectly. And I think I succeeded at bringing out the emotions right.

Alvin's refusing to believe the horrible truth, refusing to give in, until Dave tells him that it's okay to be sad. Then the tears come out. It's hard to take such a heartbreaking passing on one's back, especially when your birthday was just the day before.

I won't say anymore.... I don't want to spoil the story.... at least, not until a cover it made.... and even then I don't want to spoil too much.

After I saw this I had to read the story, at least up to this part. And it brought tears to my eyes. This picture is even more intense now. Beautiful job. Really outstanding.

Yes, one of the most beutiful part's of the story indeed. Matched only by perhapes the Funeral Scene. Although i guess drawing that would have given the plot away, heh.

Yeah, i found that to be one of the best, in terms of delivering emotions, parts of the story as a whole. I still cannot help but feel SLIGHTLY Sorry for the soldiers, though. It was simply a case of saying the worst possible thing, at the worst possible time... And to the completely wrong Person. A Situation im sure i've been in a few times myself, i can assure you (Although none of the situations where QUITE as sensetive as one like that, mind). Perhapes thats why i can sympathize with them.

Well his story made everyone at least somber none the less if not crying, and you translated it perfectly. And the "milky way" as I'll call it kind of clinched it.

Oh Ash, this is just...its brings the scene to life. And it's just so amazing, Ash I don't know what to say. The way you captured this moment, the emotions that were involved and...dangit I'm speechless.

You managed to bring back all the emotions I had when writing that scene, and brought a tear to my eye. Seeing it brought to life in such vivid color, I don't know how I can thank you for this.

A "cyber" hug would be enough. I was having problems uploading this one for some strange reason. As soon as I read the scene I just had to put it down. I would have put a link to the song I used, but I wasn't able to find it on YT.
