She may tell you that she don't earn any money, that is optionnal but it's always the same problem : she encourage people to give her money for something she didn't do!
If she don't want to delete it or something like that, you can sue her for not respecting author's rights. She didn't even put a link to your deviant! People don't even know that she didn't drew it!
