Thank you! I think the tutu turned out well, it was just so tedious! I believe it took me around 2 hours just to make the tutu!

also had problems making a tutu for a brooch, but I found a very simple tutorial on the Internet, and within minutes you can make one. This is the link: [link]

Thanks! I found a really easy tutorial. It was just so hard tying those little pieces of tulle to the elastic. I would imagine it would be easier if you were making one for a real person. lol
