Today at work...

KidK: *reformatting this stupid bulletin index stinks* 6.6 *and I think I got like five new paper cuts from those dusty horrible books bossman made me go through to look for a bloody three-word phrase in the middle of one single case amidst hundreds* -.-; *my eyes hurt from staring at the computer screen* ........-.9 *oh hey, it's "You and Me" again...I love this song...* 6.6 *SIGH...back to work, click click go the keys, can't wait 'til this is over...* And I don't know why, I can't keep my eyes off of you... *mental singing is fun at least...*

Zim: *out of literally nowhere, suddenly behind the KidK, speaking quietly right in her ear* I can sympathize with the singer... *rests hands lightly on her shoulders and leans around to kiss her cheek very, very softly, barely brushing her skin*

KidK: O.O! *FWOOM goes the blush* Zim? You-- *turns head*

Zim: *~GONE~*

KidK: o.o... *touches hand to cheek* ............ *and still blushing, with a little quiet smile, goes back to work* 6.6 *life is good* ^_^

And I really don't have much more to say, except that I banged this out in the few hours since work and dinner have been over, so yes I know that my head is kinda big and there's probably a couple other mistakes in there. Oh and yes, that's pretty much what my area of the office looks like--it's us four clerks in a corner that's divided in two by onna those removable short divider things covered in what looks and feels like colored burlap or really coarse carpet. XD; The dividing wall between me and the other girl, and the two guys, is there in the background because my workstation has its back to it like that. And YES, we do have pictures of Richard Simmons and Pee Wee Herman up in our work area, because we need something to do to keep from going crazy. Those are, in fact, the exact same pictures my little coworkers printed out. And that's ALSO the exact 'dancing narc' ABC poster up on the far wall that we have in real life. Amazing what you can find online, huh? "You and Me" by Lifehouse has been playing with great regularity on WPST, the station us clerks listen to on the radio all day while we work, by the way. I loce it.
