Description
As daughter to world-class assassins David Cain and Lady Shiva, Cassandra Cain was raised to become the world's greatest living weapon. Incredible. Love the colors and the portrait. Batgirl is one of my favorite heros.
Oh, and I think she covers her face because she once went out in public to fight Shiva with no mask, and now the government has her on video. So she hides her whole face from now on.

actually yes she didnt speak at first but when Huntress made this costume she got pepper sprayed on the face and decided to cover it up to avoid the rashiness.. that was funny.. oh and drawn by greg land so you might want to buy that one shot

Cassandra did not have the ability to speak at first, mainly because her father believed she did not NEED to speak. So, to show that in a figurative way, she covered her whole face.
She can talk now, I believe, after she asked someone to rewire her brain...(DC can be confusing.

the reason cassie didn't talk at first because she didn't know how to talk she was mute thats why her dad had nothing to do with it

HEr dad was the reason she was mute, because he believed that she didnt need to talk, but had to use that part of her brain to read bodylanguage of her targets.
