Makuta Tuyet es la Reina Desesperación de Poder Makuta, y la Makuta de la Miseria. en el tiempo antes del tiempo, Tuyet solía ser la Toa Mangai del Agua, pero por su codicia con la Pierda Nui escondiéndola de los Cazadores Oscuros, Lhikan destruyó la Piedra Nui aunque los fragmentos se incrustaron en la armadura de Tuyet. después de su vida pasada, la máscara de Tuyet se encuentra en lo profundo del mar, y Alvinn la encontró y se la llevó a la forja de Makuta Karzahni, para que el propio forjador Makuta convierta esa máscara en la Máscara de la Miseria DIZZTOKA, la máscara que Tuyet la encontró al final cuando ella era niña. la máscara que Tuyet tiene permite causar temor y desastre ante la destrucción total de lo que tiene la victima. Tuyet es la última en ser gran amiga de Chamán Zirla, poco antes de graduarse en la Escuela de Villanos. su nombre real es Tuyet Zarakar, y nunca traiciona a ningún Makuta porque ellos son su alianza.
