I have accounts for both, but for posting Mayshing's comics for her (using her account) I only use Tapas. Mystic Shenshu is on Webtoons up to a point but she gave up on uploading there.

Hm... each has their pros and cons from what I've heard creators say. I'd honestly try uploading on both, at least one chapter just to test the audience and see which is stronger. But I know a lot of people on Tapas freaked out when they did some copyright thing and a lot of people left and i know that hurt Tapas.
Webtoons seems like a popularity game sometimes imo.
