ZOMG! It's a Fruits Basket one! I really do like this illustration a lot.
Many, many hours spent on it, but I think it was worth it. Please don't ask why Kyo and Yuki aren't transforming--but you know they're not really hugging or anything. XD; *death* Sketched, hand drawn, line art, and colored via Adobe Photoshop CS.
Edit: I've redrawn Tohru's legs and redid the whole background. Much thanks to AssassinedAngel for the tips.

... The placement of her legs just... bugs me D; Her butt should be lower. Right now, her thighs seem unnaturally short

I think you did a good job with the grass and sky ^o^ I adore the creases on Tohru's shirt and her hair too!!!

Yeah, their hands are a bit small (because I like them small XD) and Tohru's thighs are not being shown because she's wearing a skirt. If I had shown thighs, you would see her panties.
