Description Here's my new desktop. It's basically the same as the last one but centered on the left side.

I loved the layout so much, that I provided it all in one package to save you the time of searching & DL'ing the skins yourself!

Also to have each of the BG stay at the bottom and not overlay any of the skins, Go To Skin Settings > Position > Bottom and leave everything else positioned at "Normal".

Here is the wallpaper .

This works well with all wallpapers: Photo/Stock/Model/Anything. Even works without a background too.

Credit goes to all the skin makers who take their precious time to design something enchanting for our desktops. In no way do I take credit for their work.

UPDATE!
Sorry x100000000 to everyone about the blank file, I didn't know you were supposed to add the skins you used into the root folder (DUH!). Gah, how can I be so naive.

If anyone if having any problems with the skin let me know, and if there are any metering experts out there willing to help me out than that will be very much appreciated. Thanks again.

I noticed that the Notes & Music aren't working properly but those are from the famous enigma skins (Which I'm sure everyone already has/knows about.)

I configured my launcher and stuff like that. But Mail, Weather and Notes don't work. They become renamed to skin.ini and come up as black text that isn't formatted

Mail, Weather and Notes are from the Enigma Skin which can be downloaded here if you haven't got it already. [link] .

Sorry about that, for some reason those skins only will work if the original skin is installed and not with a package.

But just install that and you'll complete the skin layout. Same thing.

So to change the picture:


1.Right click on the user skin and point to "The Gentle Afternoon\User"
2.Choose whatever picture you like (Make sure it's PNG)& drag it to the folder.
3.Edit the skin settings and under "[USER]", replace User.PNG to the file name of your picture in ImageName.

To change the name & status:

Under the Variable [UserName], replace the Jay in text to whatever you like and the same thing is applicable for [UserStatus] as well.

Music player is from Enigma. I made a mistake and realized too late that the skin wouldn't work unless you install the original.

Here's the link for the skin. Just install that and you have your music player!

Open up the options for enigma, click on the music icon and select "Windows Media Player"

Nice work man! Simple and minimalistic. The only problem is that the Gmail and CPU doenΒ΄t change the colors... They are always in black, no matter the hexadecimal colors code.

Hmm that's strange. Are you sure you're putting in the right code? By default it should be 255,255,255,1.

But I guess maybe it has to do with Win 8 which I know nothing about .

Try downloading the original skin [link] and see if that works. Let me know if it works or not.

try clicking on taskbar again. It helps also to set your taskbar properties to auto-hide just to be safe.

Open up the skin settings for the mail widget and under [MeasureGmail] in URL replace the login with your email account name and password with your password. Make sure you leave the ":" in there, so it works.

Yeah it would work without a background too, I agree. I wanted to make a permanent solution to use with any wallpaper, so I wouldn't have to keep customizing all the time. lol.

There's no download for the album? I don't see it anywhere. I have all of Bob's mixes imo, they're all amazing.
