Description
While the LEGO Galaxy Explorer was far before my time, I recently decided to take some old pieces and combine them with the latest LEGO has to offer! Presenting the Galaxy Explorer 2.0, complete with fully decked out cockpit, folding landing gear, and an opening back storage area with exploration ROV, lowering ramp and a latch to lock it all in place during travel! Classic Space may never fully return, but here's proof it's still capable of evolving with a little help from fans like me!(Original Galaxy Explorer #928, inspiration for this build, designed by LEGO in 1978)
