Taking a break from my Lord of the Rings streak to maybe refresh my mindset, since the last one didn't come out great. This is a present for my sister, for her 19th birthday. Matt Smith is her favorite Doctor, so when she suggested him to me, I decided to make this. I'm pretty confident that the result is gift-worthy, although that might be because of my heavy, heavy reliance on my reference image!
