Rhonda's legs will always look good in heels. I'll see to that. Thank you kindly for your comment.

Lord, that's adorable. Although Richelle would probably be pissed if she heard that.
And as for Rhonda, I suspect she'd take a finger-pointing like that from very few people...

Regarding Richelle's reaction, it's quite possible, although she's Gulliver63's OC, not mine. And yes, only Stuart or Richelle could ever get away with jabbing their fingers in Rhonda's face. Thank you for your comment.

Very cute, both of them! Reminds me of a short girl I knew in school that had to stand on her books to reach her top locker, lol.

Very interesting. I was acquainted with a few small ladies myself in high school. However, I prefer tall girls which is why I made Rhonda a tall gal. Thank you for your comment.

If Richelle is 5'0'' then it sounds like I'm right around her height at 4'11''! I have always wondered how I would compare height wise to Rhonda.

That's an interesting admission on your part. I know that, height wise, you would look pretty short next to Rhonda. However, high heeled shoes might help. Thank you for your comment.

Of course! I always love seeing your work, sir.

This is so awesome! Not only is she well drawn, the humor is right on point. I've thought about pulling out one of my vacation pictures and putting these two in it. Very well done.

Thank you kindly. I've always wanted to do a size comparison pic with Rhonda and Richelle in a humorous situation. And if you decide to do this vacation pic with these two ladies in it, please, by all means, do so. I'm quite happy with the way Richelle turned out as I don't draw her very often. And as you can see, she's feisty enough to not be intimidated by Rhonda's height. Thank you for your comment. And thank you for adding this latest pic of mine to your faves.

I kept in mind the fact that you've stated in Richelle's back story that she favors one-piece dresses and sandals, whereas Rhonda tends to dress more in separates, blouses and skirts or t-shirts and jeans.

Speaking of backstory, I was trying to remember if I'd ever discussed an actual job for her; I think I loosely described her as a businesswoman. I figure, why not a teacher at OSU? Since in my "Green Glow" stories she's a telepath, she can teach something like metaphysics at Ohio State.

A teacher at her alma mater sounds like a nice profession for Richelle. Of course, she's your OC so whatever profession you decide for her I'm sure will be appropriate. I made Rhonda the assistant manager of a talk radio station where she handles broadcast schedules and does, essentially, damage control between the radio talk host and the station owner whenever the listeners start phoning in complaints. Stuart is a building and safety inspector who's work frequently takes him to construction sites where he makes sure that the contractors are using materials and equipment that are up to code. He is an expert in spotting things like sub-standard rebar and concrete as well as load bearing girders showing metal fatigue.

I like that then - I'm going to settle in on that. A nice cozy apartment in the Dublin neighborhood in Columbus will put her close enough to her job. Ironically, in my game I have her driving a light tan Jeep that she bought from her brother.

All right then. It seems you've got Richelle all set. And I like the idea of her driving a Jeep - a vehicle that, like her, is small and sporty.

I actually never even rode in a Jeep in the army; I either rode in a van or a car. My first time driving a Jeep was a test drive in Madison, Indiana. You sit high up and have a small front end, which makes it easy to park just about anywhere.

That's the nice thing about Jeeps, you can park them in places that could never accommodate regular autos. Actually, I only drove a Jeep a couple of times in the Army. The main vehicle I drove during my stint was a 2 1/2 ton "deuce and a half" truck.

We rode in the back of a deuce and a half once, and the guy drove that thing as fast as it would go.

That man should've gotten a thorough butt-chewing for that. You're not supposed to drive a deuce and a half over a certain speed, not to mention over any posted speed limits.

Lost in the Woods basically is most of central Missouri, situated in what's called the Mark Twain National Forest. I couldn't even begin to guess how many acres in size it is. It's actually quite scenic. but as I tell people, it's as hot as a bake oven in the summer, and it's Norway in the winter. Oh, and it's other nickname, as I'm sure you're aware, is "Little Korea." It's the home of basic training and engineer AIT training. and there's an MP school there.

My goodness, but the winters in Ft. Leonard Wood must really be severe for the place to be nicknamed "Little Korea." I can appreciate that having been stationed in the actual Korea and suffering through an arctic Korean winter. And yes I know of Leonard Wood's being a place for engineer training, mostly heave equipment operation.

Engineers are very happy and cheerful about what they do; if asked, they will tell you - "We build things, and blow things up." When I was there, they built a complete bridge on a day where it rained cats and dogs all day long...they have my admiration.

Same here. I've always admired and respected our combat engineers. In Germany I've seen them go into a patch of woods with axes and saws and literally build a wooden bridge and throw it across a river. These guys are that good.
