Storm doesn't really remember much about her past. The one thing she remembers is the sound of a storm and the sound was comforting to her. From then on she traveled chasing the sound of storms from one place to another. She has met all kinds of Kamishibas but has never really become attached to one place or any kamishiba. Though she longs for a family and friends to call her own and possibly a companion she has never had anyone as she is always chasing a storm up until now.

Baron Sachi von Harcourt , someone who she has an interesting relationship with. While they are complete opposites in their personality they get along quite nicely. Specifically, when he brings her sweets as that is one thing they seem to have in common is their sweet tooth. She enjoys his company and is glad to have his as a friend.

Hanini , Someone that she has seen on stormy nights when she is chasing a storm. She has taken quite the interest in this mysterious kamishiba who seems to enjoy the storms much as she does. Though she has only seen him twice she looks forward to seeing him during the storm.
