Commissions are not really a good benchmark for improvement. You really need to draw a lot, put your work out there, stream yourself drawing and try to get an audience. Associate your best works with asking people if they want commissions. "Here is a portfolio of what I've done recently."

You've improved a lot, but don't expect people to just come begging for you to draw for them. Keep at it and keep getting better

I only meant if you want commissions, gotta pull the strings. And I'm sure you've heard the same advice a million times; perhaps I was too quick to spout off at the mouth about shit I didn't know anything about! Haha. I always want to be helpful even when it isn't

I also didn't mean to imply that commissions make you better as an artist either. I was just thrilled to see how far you've come! I've always admired your artistic ability, and to see that the old art style I used to admire is now completely pwned by your current stuff is crazy. I almost don't believe it xD (Remember, you drew stuff on the board and I would try to draw it, and people would make fun of me for it but I was like "f u guys, I am teh student of teh master!" Good times )

I know -shit- about what you've been up to. You could be approaching art museums everyday with new master pieces and I wouldn't know. Literally when is the last time we talked for real? Graaaaaade 9? Looool, I miss you <3

I don't know how you've changed over the years, but the Annie I know used to be pretty awesome. Maybe now she has low self esteem, but I can't see you becoming worse D: As an artist I CAN say you're awesome; and poop on you if you tell me otherwise! ^_________^

I haven't, really changed at all besides my self esteem getting lower than it should be apparently *snort*, But I'm still the same, just a little more "trololol" like then I ever was. I wish we could like, visit each other sometime or whatever, it was fun and also; that last time we "talked" was like..Abouuuuut a year or 2 ago? At the Avondale that your mom now runs near your house. x3;
I also go to talk to her last year ish at an Avondale meeting thing a few months before I got laid-off, lol.

I have been down for two months (Thorold) so we could have hung out! But I'm moving back to Waterloo May 1st T_T Where are you currently? If you are close, then when I visit the parents we can totally hang out I usually visit like once a month-ish, sometimes more depending on how often people want to drive out to get me, hahahaha

Yeah I remember the Avondale encounter! I think it was two years ago, because I only just started going out with Louise at the time and you were like "I heard you got a girlfriend!" *nudge nudge nudge nudge punch kick kick uppercut* xD

I take buses everywhere. Toronto/Missisauga, Thorold, and Waterloo are my three main hubs. It's like $12 one way by GO bus.
