1 is nice, but I feel it's a bit distracting. I like 2 a lot better, it makes her eye color pop and matches nicely with her fur. Though some areas match too closely to her fur color.
I'd personally take some colors from 1 and put them on 2 sort of like this:Β color edit suggestion Β (the red circles are the colors I used to swap and the blue arrows are the colors I felt blended too closely)

they both are great, choosing Β which Christmas color is not an easy. I say 1 but use 2 for Christmas.
