Yuni from DDR Supernova 2. I always liked this outfit. I don't have enough patience to put the plaid on the skirt, though. And I really need to learn how to draw big curls.
This is a bit old, so I'm not entirely happy with it anymore, but it's okay. Sorry it's so big, but please full view - small view gives it a black bg?
