Description I love Greek mythology. And one of my favorite mythological creatures is Medusa. She really has a tragic story, if you know her past. She was once a beautiful priestess of Athena. Poseidon saw how beautiful she was, and raped her inside of Athena's temple. Angered by the defilement of her temple, Athena cursed Medusa into becoming the monster that everyone knows.

So, here is a quick sketch of a modern-day version of Medusa.
