I would not call em power hungry, just they want to be on top of thins.
And do not comer a Sergal Female to a dog (ok in fight they might use similar tactic) but dog is relatively small creature, sergal is pretty large creature, choking one is possible if you get to her neck (if you do then she is not worth of a male and there fore she deserve to die)....what would more happen is however you being held half a meter in the air without any option to touch her nose (since human arms are smaller then sergals)
anyway, for normal human defeating female sergal in fair hand to hand fight is possible (sergals are no space marines) but very highly unlikely

well problem with human body is that you must work out somehow to be able to hold heavy objects (that also includes your everyday activities...for example if you are working as a Miner you are caring heavy stuff everyday thus you are technically working out though you are not)
Sergal body is much different in this on muscular structure, they literary get birth with strength (ok not as strong as Ogrin, but still a lot)

My father made me lift up heavy stuff since I was around 6 or 7 to help him with things and I notice it was getting easier everyday.
I can be equal with sergals If Iv'e done this at a very young age. If I keep this up then to a sergal it would be like almost battling another sergal.
Β If I exercised regularly I would already be able to lift up 500. It's totally possible to have the same strength as a Sergal and it's easy. Keep working out!
And eat allot of protein to pump up that iron.

I don't argue with that, how ever being strong is only 1 part to success
because if you will be really strong, weaker and not so experienced sergal females wont try anything to you...however, you will drive attention of stronger sergal females that are much higher in command chain (granted that can bring you to prestigious position) however, no meter how strong you are I would not risk face off against High Ranking Sergal General....because she might not need strength to overpower you...but then again, why would you refuse that proposal?

it would be corrupted if somebody would manipulate leader (usually strongest and most experienced female, that have a lot of respect), which is actually against said leaders pride....so I don't think sergal nations can be corrupted
this thins (female leads, male follows) is actually Sergal nature and attempt to change it would be same as if you would try to live on South Pole (complete isolation is no problem for short period of time, but after some time you will do anything for anyone to brake that isolation)

No, I mean things like getting killed for failing a task for example. I don't intend to change male to be dominate over female sergal society. Nor would I even change the government system to which a leader is permanently manipulated but I would like to make certain rules removed and changed and certain things improved in the government. I would work on the military to improve the troops survival. I think the leader where careless about their troops if i'm correct. I would allow the leader to have plenty of power. They can lead the army almost anyway they want. Change the govenrnment almost anyway they want. So you think that it's not corrupt to let some leader start killing innocent lives just for her or his pleasure? Is a fancy big general more important than innocent lives? How foolish. Sergals need more sergals to have a better chance of better future leaders. Killing them off just because they made a mistake is pointless it's just pure evil. Maybe we can get more respect too without this. Sergals can get rebellious. I would listen to what the crowds of sergals is most comfortable to them, and might accept it if it improves the government and society. If it comes back to what it used to be when i'm no longer a leader, then that's fine. Because at least I'm not going to go ahead and witness the same old needless suffering again. I wouldn't care anymore if that's what the sergals want then so be it.
Instead of killing them for their failure I would demote them to a lower rank if they failed and not have unnecessary murder that is alsoΒ destructive to their own government. You could say we have the world's best black smith But he get's killed because he says he doesn't fear no general and his death was intentional. What happens now? We will never get the best swords ever again. Probably have to wait another decade for the best one again. army will be weaker because we lost a supply of strong reliable super sharp swords. There needs to be a law to stop this. I know this brings fear to stop people from disrespecting high ranks but the killing is unnecessary. How about the punishment of pain instead without crippling them. There are other more healthy methods of bringing fear.

Well I think I do understand now. Well the problem is that Sergals are technically Medieval society, which means they must be somewhat young species to begin with. Working on survival of troops is important and if there is species that can survive very good in harsh desert conditions then sergals are at top positions....about careless leader, you are very very wrong in this, do not trust what is written about Rain Silves on Wikipedia those lines there are very wrong (in wiki she was described as careless ruler that is fan of cannibalism), in the book however it seems more as opposite is true, she seemed very caring about those around her and her cannibalism was more means for survival and tactic against enemy then any real joy. Utopia where killing innocents is nonexistent is sadly impossible, in every society trough out ages you will always have some innocent death here and there (granted...sergals tend to live by rule "The End justify the means"). In today standards we technically killing those who fail at their job too...if you would be a Boss of a company, you would fire anyone who can't do their job correct, right? (I know its analogy, but to a sergal its basically the way how to fire someone, so I guess this depends on point of view) about respect, I am afraid that if someone insult you and you just let it be wont give you any respect....and this goes triple for sergal society (after all this species developed like this for a reason)
What will you do if your crowd would spit up on 2 groups and their wishes will contradict each other? Make one half happy and other half to kill you? (again remember that sergals have intelligence of 11 year old kid, rule out some very intelligent ideas for this solution...on other words the only one solution will stay, make one half happy and beat to submitting the rest)
About suffering in sergal society....there is actually less suffering on Vilous then on Earth....look on those silly furles monkeys...half of em are in constant hunger and the other half is barely keeping em alive (in sergal society this would not happen).
Again...sergal intelligence is low, to them fail me once then you will fail me again and dysfunctional soldier is useless soldier....and sergals tend to be a little bit like orks, for one dead sergal there are 2 more ready to take his place....you would have to mass murder them in years to really start seeing their numbers to be dropping (this is thanks to their strange reproductive habits and quick maturity) and again, if someone is best Black Smith then this Best Blacksmith is a male that pick a lot of attention, meaning that some very strong female is his mate and she will take a good care for him so nothing bad will happen to him....and she will also make sure he will not commit accidental suicide AND he will make sure not to dishonor his own female because insulting strong female would make most likely him and his own female killed (on other words if you will be mated for a female sergal, you must understand that you are not responsible only for your own life....but also for life of your female, though in this case you would get fist to your face from your female in front of said general and if the general would be in a good mood then you both will survive it). Again no self respecting sergal would listen to that law and most likely rebel against ruler who permit public humiliations without need of reprisal (remember sergals, sometimes its easy to forgot your mouth, and it gets even easier if there is not fear of losing your head). Well you will have to wait a few centuris to witness some major change (as the Sergals will naturally evolve), punishment of pain might be put into practice in few decades, some more merciful females do this already...but then again sergal females are like Orkz: they do have "Angry Management" (- Arch Warhammer www.youtube.com/channel/UChS9w⦠)
Anyway...sergal society is very complicated and in some aspects they do thins better then "those Furless Apes at Earth" yeas it will took some time before you start liking it but...Enlightenment goes with time ^.^

Actually its more like the middle ground, suffering is more or less equal on both worlds...remember death is basically punishment if you have really unlucky and bad day, sergal females realizes that if they kill those around them then then those around them wont be around anymore (remember teaching "new blacksmith" is harder then let the old one live) and if Sergal female lost her Mate in situation like this then its not good for ones pride too (if he was soldier and died in battle then this doesn't count...and if you are wondering no Female that lost her mate wont re-"merry")
If you will find good strong female then you will be even safer then on earth, because everybody around you will know that you are mated to that particular female and they wont risk to accidentally pissing her off by accidentally dropping something on your foot or look bad at you
