This is adorable! Though it's a headscratcher to me why people thought this was going to be the outfit in the episode; unless the episode is set in the winter or fall (both of which I doubt given that only Christmas specials are set in the winter and the creators aren't planning on doing school), there's no way Phineas would be crazy enough to wear a hoody in the summer.

someone posted a photo they took at comic con when they were showing a picture of ash's designs before the job, which ended up being her line up picture of the teens. dan and swampy had used it just to show her art since it was the last thing she posted of all of their designs before she was given the freelance jobΒ
it later got tweeted about on the pnf wiki twitter and they accidentally mistook it for the actual designs and put the picture up on the wiki page for the episode, so people who hadn't been to the con started to believe that those were the final designs
ash eventually managed to clear it up with the wiki and then later posted that journal about the designs. and if im correct i believe a few people still came up to her asking if her teen designs were the final ones even after she put up the journal, so she wanted me to add that little tidbit to the description just to spread the news and stuff

Ah; unfortunately getting on YouTube regularly is kinda hard for me given that I have a very limited amount of streaming. Plus I have so many things I'm keeping track of that I have trouble keeping them all straight; the last panel-related P&F thing I saw was Vincent reacting the audience member who called the Phineas/Isabella kiss a Phineas/Ferb kiss.
