Honestly when you first meet them they may seem like a hard and and all but once you get to know them they start to open up more. They do have their moments where they're not in the greatest of places mentally but they prefer to keep it to yourself since they don't want to bother people with their problems. Once you get close to them, they will become protective... But may not show it. For an example they may found out if someone they care for got beat up they will beat the person that beat them up without telling the one they care. If you get real close they would even die for the person they care.
All around they're a good person... If you dont mess with them that is.. They wouldn't mind going out and doing stuff, they would go train with you if you ask them. They wouldn't mind helping a person with stuff so.. They may seem like a cold bitch but in reality they're just a fluffy cat. It doesn't seem like they care but they do.

History:
Raine was born in Scotland and was the first child in their family. Their parents seemed normal, their mother worked on the police force and their father worked at a car shop. Nothing bad has really happened in their childhood, they would admit it was actually pretty fun. Their father would always take them to their job and teach them all about cars and tools while their mother showed them how to protect themselves and other things. From the start the parents knew they weren't going to be like other kids. They knew so because they had powers and they knew Raine was going to get on of theirs.
When Raine turned seven they moved to a different country for better job opportunities. Their father ended up staying at home while their mother continued to work as a officer. When Raine was home they would help their father with projects, one of the projects happen to be a motorcycle ( the one they have now ). So Raine spent a lot of time with their dad.
When Raine was ten their parents announced that they would be having a younger sibling. Needless to say they were ecstatic to be a older sibling. They would show them so many things and have a person to play with. They ended up having a little boy and they named him Victor. Raine became very protective over their little brother. Some might even say they were more protective over Victor than their parents were.
About the age of 16, Raine didn't quite feel comfortable with themself. You see some days they didn't feel like being a girl.. they didn't like the long hair they had... This was about the time they found they were genderfluid, though for a while they thought they were transgender for a little but figured they were fluid. Their parents were supportive of this, they still loved Raine the way they were. In fact about two years before, Raine's father announced that they were planning on changing sexes.. so.. now Raine has two moms. They had no problem with that, they still love their father.
Though one day.. Raine got the news that their mother died while she was on the job.. Raine became depressed after hearing the news and still doesn't know about the powers they have. After their mothers death their father decided to tell them about it and he figured that Raine had gotten their mothers power because he was sure if they have his power they would know by now.
Raine's father knew that Raine could use their power to help, like their mother did, and told them about the school. Even though they would go to this school their father said they would keep contact and check up and them.

Extra:

- They have a faint Scottish accent
- When they're mad they accent sticks out like a soar thumb
- They're hair is like an undercut and both sides are shaved
- They carry a wrench with them. In class it's in their back pack. Outside its on their belt.
- Do anything they dislike you'll most likely get a wrench to the face
- Most of the time you'll see them dressed as a male. You'll never see them wear anything too girly
- The pranks they do are very small, nothing too extreme
- They do have tattoos but they're hiding most of the time
- They have their hips and tongue pierced as well
- They have a six pack
- They like to focus on combat and stealth because their power is kind shirty with out those..
- The blond in their hair is actually from a birth mark so... yea
- They will use weapons mire than using other powers when fighting.
- On that note they actually build a lot of contraption in their garage. This can be from guns to armored vehicles..
