The top of her head is just a bit too far from her chin. You should add some defining lines in the cloth, such as ripples in the sleeves shirt and skirt. If the sleeve poofs like that, near the hemline there should be lines showing a slight disturbance in the cloth. Where the buttons on the shirt are, there should be little lines around the circle to show the depression of the button. On the skirt, you start ripples, but these are too stiff. Start by loosely drawing the hem of the skirt, showing slight variations where there are ripples. Then draw lines that form loose triangles. Here is a link to a great clothing tutorial [link]

hmm what adviace can i give you?
You're very good at drawing bodies with more or less correct anatomy and your backgrounds remind me a bit of emperpeps

You should buy a bigger watercolour palette- in cass art in london, a set of 45 Windsor and Newton watercolours cost £18.50 (well that was before the 20% VAt rise....)

also- look at tutorials of the head- hair (from what i remember...dunno if i'm right or not so check the tutorials first) isn't that high above the head unless it's kinda spikey...i think i've just confuzzled myself O.o

Overall- Really beautiful artwork *^_^* keep it up
